First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Doc, I am the other owner and founder of Gaming Redirect. Gaming Redirect offers a reliable, easy to use, fast and friendly redirect service for your game server(s). We have a few plans for beginners and for those larger server(s).
I would first like to start off by apologizing on not updating the site these past few months. There has been a lot that has gone on since then. Tornado, family business, real life, work, college etc. Without going into it in details, it's been rough and a long ride. Things are down hill still but, are getting better day, by day.
Now, I would like to redo the whole web site, head to toe, brand new system. I don't like vBulletin anymore since the vBulletin 4.0 deal. Now because, of that I would like to switch over to Invision Power Board, however it coast $150.00 a license + $50.00 for the downloads mod. Which comes out to $200.00. Now, I don't have that kind of money, and would like to get everyone's opinion on if I should convert over or keep what I already have? There are a lot of problems still with vBulletin, the design sucks, you are very limited at what you can do design wise, without screwing it all up.
Please voice your opinions, and if you are game for the switch would you help throw a few bucks in for the coast? You can send your contributions to my PayPal by using the link on the top right of the front page. If not, that's totally fine to.
With the switch, this would give me the power to change everything, beater sleek design, better options, more updated and overall a better community.

G4TV posted an article which is very bizarre in the gaming community. Men showing up unannounced as security, missing developers. Take a look:
UPDATE: Security Appears At Infinity Ward, Studio Heads Missing, Activision Investigating "Insubordination"
UPDATE 12:02 AM: Double Fine's Tim Schafer, who had his own troubles with Activision over the release of Brutal Legend, recently commented on Twitter about what's happening between Infinity Ward and Activision.
"Getting mad at Activision for this kind of thing is like getting mad at an ape for throwing feces," said Schafer. "It's just how the beast communicates."
UPDATE 11:20 PM: It turns out Activision may have showed their hand in this matter earlier today.
In an SEC filing made this morning, Activision cited a human resources investigation into "breaches of contract and insubordination by two senior employees at Infinity Ward."
Based on the information we currently have, at least one of those employees may have included Infinity Ward CTO Jason West. It's possible Vince Zampella is the other unmentioned employee.
"This matter is expected to involve the departure of key personnel and litigation," read the filing. "At present, the Company does not expect this matter to have a material impact on the Company."
UPDATE 11:11 PM: Infinity Ward community manager Robert Bowling has vaguely addressed the situation:
Quote from: Robert Bowling
I should also say, while I appreciate all the calls, tweets, messages and hearing my ringtone a lot," said Bowling on his Twitter account, "they're in vain - as I have no info.
UPDATE 10:07 PM: More developments on the situation at Infinity Ward have come to light.
A screenshot surfaced from Infinity Ward CTO Jason West's Facebook page at Kotaku with the status update:
Quote
Jason West is drinking. Also, unemployed.
I can confirm from a source close to West that the update did actually come from West's account.
West also updated his Linkedin profile which appears to reflect a change in employment:
President/Game Director/CCO/CTO Infinity Ward
January 2001 – March 2010 (9 years 3 months)
While this doesn't yet provide much insight into what actually happened at Infinity Ward, it confirms there are changes afoot at the Call of Duty developer. As soon as I know more, you'll know more.
Something's happening at Infinity Ward right now.
A source close to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 developer just informed me that a "bunch of bouncer-types" just showed up outside of the Infinity Ward offices unannounced. When approached by employees, the non-uniformed "bouncers" were unwilling to disclose why they were there.
"Everyone is on edge," said my source.
Infinity Ward studio heads Vince Zampella and Jason West reportedly met with Activision this morning and have not been seen by Infinity Ward staff members since. My source did not delve into specifics, but described the relationship between Infinity Ward and Activision lately as "tense."
The mood around the Infinity Ward offices is currently described as "freaked out" and "confused."
"We just wanna make our games," said my source.
I've contacted Activision for comment on the ongoing situation at Infinity Ward. Stay tuned.

Community member BLazeking558, has released a new Call of Duty: World at War nazi zombie map titled "Hallway". Take a look here: Your in a box with bar doors, not very big, general box map..
Another small map, but this one is quite small with a few rooms.
Well the vBulletin updates and over all updates went well. Everything updated with no errors. Which is good for me and the site, that's less work for me to do.
I just finished the new style, however still have stuff to fix and add. I figured this is better at the stage I have than the white site. Things will change, colors will change, tell me what you think etc.
As you can see various things are not aligned correctly, images are to bright, icons are over bright. This will all be fixed.
I still got a ton of work as far as tweaks and such! So, please bare with what is presented. The site logo will be changed to something better. Kind of rushed things. So much different with vBulletin 4 that it's going to take time before its all just set.
For now, enjoy what it is, and remember things are going to change! Tell me what you think so far!
With the way the economy is and with me not having a job due to the economy. We are forced to ask for donations. All money donated is put right back into the site.
All we ask is at least to make the web hosting each month ($12.00) and I have spent everything I have up until now which will keep the site afloat for another month. We are asking in advance to help any way you can. Whether it be a donation or clicking the ads.
We don't make much on ads, and anyone who donates will be put in a specific group to have those ads removed. You will require registering.
We really didn't want to ask for donations, but with no money to keep the site going we have to. Either way, Call of Duty Maps will not be going anywhere. Some how and some way we always make it.
You can make donations on the front page right hand side with Paypal, once we meet the $12.00 we will remove the donations button until next month.
