Replace "YOUR_PROFILE" with the profile you use to log onto your PC.
If you don't have a "mods" folder inside the root of "CoDWaW" then make one. Load the game up in Solo-Cop and load the mod by clicking "mods" from the menu and loading the corresponding mod you want to play. If your playing by yourself, click ~ to bring down the title menu and typing "/map nazi_zombie_mapname" without the " " and replacing "mapname" with the corresponding map. Please refer to the readme for map names if changed.
